You should exercise frequently to keep your body in good condition. Exercise has countless benefits ranging from healthy body processes like good digestion, circulation, boosts immunity to keeping you stress free. Exercise helps reduce fatty deposits by metabolizing fats in the body. Reducing fat deposits especially from the abdominal region helps ward off many diseases.
A holistic healthy lifestyle cannot be complete with just taking care of the body alone. You should take time to relax and rejuvenate your mind and soul. Have a healthy outlook in life and be positive in everything that you do. This will help promote a healthy mind. Being emotionally healthy entails becoming socially fulfilled by having enjoyable relationships with other people.

Last but defiantly not the least, It is best to avoid indulgences like alcohol, Tobacco, etc as they tend to harm the body and are very addictive.

  • Eat regularly  ( frequent but small meals)
  • Start smart with breakfast( missing out on breakfast means missing out on essential nutrients)
  • Drink Plenty of water
  • Opt for a working lunch
  • Have a small bite before leaving office
  • Do not overdo on late night meals. Eat atleast 2 hrs before going to bed
  • Snack healthy , choose low fat options like salads & soups
  • While eating out consume a simple salad before the main course
  • Sleep 7 to 8 hours daily
  • If  unavoidable Drink alcohol moderately
  • Exercise daily
  • Avoid smoking
  • Avoid stress and smile a lot
